1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE REWARDS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING ANY REWARD.

Participation in Gallery Pass (the "Promotion") constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Organiser

The Promotion is organised by Four Suit Studio (Robin Stokkel), Leiden, the Netherlands ("Organiser"). Contact: robin@foursuitstudio.com.

3. Eligibility

Open to participants aged 13 or older worldwide, unless prohibited by applicable local law. Employees of Four Suit Studio and their immediate families are not eligible.

Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Organiser reserves the right to require proof of parental consent before fulfilling any reward to a minor.

4. Promotion period

Gallery Pass is active from its launch date until the close of the Gallery Gambit Kickstarter campaign (expected October 2026). The Organiser may extend or shorten this period at any time with reasonable notice.

5. How the Promotion works

Participants ("Users") complete engagement challenges — such as following Gallery Gambit on social platforms, signing up for the newsletter, playing the online demo, answering trivia, and logging in daily — to earn virtual points called Prestige (🖼️). Prestige can be used to unlock prizes listed on the Prizes page.

All challenges can be completed without any purchase. Where a challenge involves backing on Kickstarter, the associated Prestige reward recognises a voluntary commercial transaction and is not a condition of participation.

6. Prestige and virtual items

Prestige is a virtual promotional item only. It has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke Prestige balances at any time in the event of fraud, abuse, or system error.

7. Prizes and rewards

Current prizes include:

• Discord roles (digital, delivered via Gallery Gambit Discord server)
• Art wallpapers in various styles (digital download)
• Sticker sheet (physical, shipped after Kickstarter fulfilment)
• Early backer alert (email notification)

Prizes are provided "as is" and subject to availability. The Organiser may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Physical prizes will be shipped at a date to be confirmed; no cash alternative is available. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.

8. Limitations on participation

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• Limit the amount of Prestige earned per activity or per day.
• Disallow automated, scripted, or fraudulent activity.
• Disqualify any User who attempts to manipulate or exploit the Promotion.

9. Social platform disclosures

Certain challenges involve actions on third-party platforms (Kickstarter, BGG, Instagram, Discord). Users are responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms of service. Where completing a challenge results in receiving Prestige in connection with a social post, Users are responsible for complying with applicable advertising disclosure requirements in their jurisdiction.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, each User agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Four Suit Studio and its officers, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Promotion.

11. Termination and modification

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• Adjust challenge mechanics, Prestige rewards, or available prizes.
• Disqualify Users who violate these Terms.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected through Gallery Pass is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The Organiser's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

14. Promotional nature; no gambling

Gallery Pass is intended for promotional and entertainment purposes only. Prestige and prizes:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Do not constitute gambling consideration.

No purchase or payment is required to participate or to earn Prestige or prizes.
